General Product Description

SSAB Form 200 is a mild steel intended for forming with the best conceivable properties in both drawing and stretch forming operations. SSAB Form 200 is used for a wide variety of applications including vehicle parts, refrigerators, electric radiators and water radiators.

SSAB Form 200 cold rolled meets and exceeds the requirements of DC01 in EN 10130.

Dimension Range

SSAB Form 200 is available in thicknesses of 0.40-3.00 mm and widths up to 1500 mm as coils, slit coils and as cut to length in lengths up to 8.5 meters.

      The mechanical properties are tested in the transversal direction.

      1) When the thickness is less than or equal to 0.7 mm and greater than 0.5 mm, the minimum value for elongation is reduced by 2 units. For a thickness less than or equal to 0.5 mm, the minimum value is reduced by 4 units.

          Tolerances

          SSAB Form cold rolled products are supplied with tolerances in accordance to EN 10131. More narrow thickness tolerances according to the SSAB standard are available upon request.
