Akershuskaia is a meeting place for people of all ages. The new outdoor furniture provides a space for children’s play, socializing and relaxation with views to the sea and Oslo’s maritime surroundings. The furniture is located between the old harbor sheds on the quay and consists of several seating areas, sleeping areas, playground and outdoor scene. Rough brewing boards are reused in the floor, floors and construction are in COR-TEN® steel.
